I have helped hundreds of families care for themselves and their babies during the postpartum period.

My clients range from stay-at-home families with three other children at home to first-time mothers needing complete care for themselves and baby after a cesarean birth. I have worked for single mothers, single fathers, grandparent-based families, and two-mom and two-dad households.

I have taught first-time parents how to change a diaper and helped veteran parents with complex breastfeeding questions.

Too often after birth friends and family are so focused on the new bundle of joy that they forget about mother’s healing as well. As a postpartum doula, I care for you and your baby equally, aiming to feed each of you physically, socially, and emotionally. Together we will navigate and recognize the highs and lows of the postpartum period, establishing meaningful habits to make you the best mother or father.

In addition to caring for you and baby, I can cook you delicious healthy meals, help with laundry, walk your dog, and perform light house cleaning tasks. My goal is for you to take a breath of much-needed relief.

As a Registered Nurse, I am certified in Basic Life Support (CPR), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, and the American Academy of Pediatrics’ Neonatal Resuscitation Program.
